Who we are
Rangasaai naataka grandhaalayam was started by Sri. AVVS Murthy, popularly known as Badamgeer Sai during the year 2012. The library was started with physical books of about 600 owned by Sri. Sai and about 500 books presented by the well known telugu drama artist Sri. Chatla Sreeramulu. It was established in the house of sri Sai and was being shifted to the places wherever Sri. Sai used to live. During 2012 it was started in Dondaparthi of Visakhapatnam city. Sri. Chatla Sreeramulu garu had inaugurated the library.
Sri Sai himself used to manage the books. Whoever wants a book, they would contact Sri. Sai for a copy and Sai would xerox it and send through post or courier, duly collecting the expenses.
After smt. Srijana Gummalla IAS, has joined as GVMC Commissioner, sri Sai has explained the difficulties in maintaing the books which were about 9000 by that time.
